Sushi Sale at the Mennonite Central Committee Festival for World Relief

Once a year, we join the MCC sale at the Abbotsford TRADEX building to  participate in raising money for world relief.  We are one of 20 different food booths selling various things to eat.  Along with sushi you can find borscht, farmer sausage burgers, pizza, samosas, pie and ice cream, among many other foods.  You can also find tables selling different crafts.  One of the main attractions is an auction for handmade quilts.  There are also various other things auctioned off, Kids can even participate in a toy auction just for them.  A large play area with bouncy castles, crafts and games is popular with the children.  This fundraiser is held every year, in September.  It's an event the whole family can enjoy!
